The City of North St. Paul is seeking proposals from individuals or firms for Building Official, Building Inspection, Code Review, and Code Enforcement services. The selected firm/individual shall represent the City as its designated Building Official. Proper accreditation is required for this position. The Building Official must reside in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and perform the duties outlined in the RFP. Submissions are due October 20, 2023 at 4 p.m.
