North St. Paul City Manager John Stark submitted his resignation to the Mayor and City Council on Friday, June 3.
In his resignation, Stark stated that he has made the decision to resign in the interest of his health, well-being and family life. Stark's last day with the City will be June 15.
Brian Frandle, the City's Electric Director will assume the role of acting City Manager on June 16.
The Mayor and City Council will begin a new search and post the position in the near future. Executive search firm David Drown Associates, Inc. (DDA) is expected to help with the recruiting process.
