Replace Your Old Toilet and Save

You can save up to 15,708 gallons of water per year by replacing an older toilet with an EPA Water Sense Toilet.  Saving 15,708 gallons a year could save you $54 in water usage charges per year.
Since the program began in February of 2020, the City of North St. Paul/Metropolitan Council partnership has given out $24,006.39 in rebates to 109 customers who get their water from the City of North St. Paul.  The average rebate amount has been $220.24 per customer. The projected water savings for these 109 customers is 1,690,036 gallons.
We have $5,040.58 left to spend in grant money! To assist us in spending this money we have changed the policy from one toilet per household to two toilets per household.
Applying for a Toilet Grant is easy. Simply complete our online application, upload your receipts, and City staff will process your rebate.
