The Toy Shelf, Inc.

If you have a need for toys for your children visit the Toy Shelf. The Toy Shelf provides free toys, year-round, for those families who need a little extra help. The Toy Shel also seeks donations of new and used toys, especially items for kids ages 12 to 15 years old. They also accept donations by cash and check. All donations are tax-deductible. 

The Toy Shelf does not accept stuffed animals, large outdoor animals or bikes.

Shop the Toy Shelf
The Toy Shelf is located at 2266 2nd St. N. in North St. Paul, They are located in the same building as the North St. Paul Food Shelf. They are open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

No appointments or referral is required, however, you must live in the zip code area of 55109, 55128, or 55119. Please bring your picture ID and a current piece of mail.

Toy Shelf Donations

Donations can be dropped off at the Toy Shelf whenever they are open. You can also drop items at the following locations:

  • North St. Paul City Hall - 2400 Margaret Street
  • Oakdale Discovery Center - 4444 Hadley Avenue
