About the Plan
The Redevelopment Master Plan was created through a collaborative effort involving the Economic Development Authority, the Planning Commission and City Council. Originally adopted in 213, the plan was updated and revised in 2022 to reflect the many development projects recently completed.
The plan will aid City leaders and future businesses and developers understand the City's long-range development goals for the identified downtown districts.
The City Council approved the final version of the new Redevelopment Master Plan at their meeting on July 19, 2022.
