The City of North St. Paul recently completed the property sale with Kwik Trip. The new Kwik Trip will be located in the Anchor Block Commons development at 2275 Anchor Drive.
Kwik Trip will construct a 10,950 square foot convenience store with
an integral single bay carwash
a 10-dispenser main fueling canopy
2-lane side diesel fueling canopy
In addition, Kwik Trip will install extensive landscaping, modern storm water facilities, customer and employee parking, and outside picnic tables. Kwik Trip estimates they will being 25-30 new, permanent jobs to the City.
The North St. Paul Planning Commission evaluated the new development and found it consistent with the City plans and zoning. The Planning Commission presented the development plans and their recommendations to the City Council where the project was unanimously approved.
Construction will begin early spring 20201 with a 115 day build time. City planners estimate the new Kwik Trip could be open by mid-summer.
