Thank you for Providing Input

Community Cafe at Hmong House

North St. Paul’s Comprehensive Plan Update process has wrapped up a very successful series of Community Cafés with a session on A Community on the Move held at City Hall on October 16th. Thank you to all of our residents and business owners who came out to these discussions to provide valuable input into the City’s plan for the future!  We are in the process of compiling all of the feedback and preparing chapters of the plan for public review.  Elements of the Comprehensive Plan will include:

•Vision and Goals
•Future Land Use
•Housing and Neighborhoods
•Economic Competitiveness
•The Downtown
•Transportation (including roads, transit, walking and biking)
•Water Resources (including surface water, water supply, and wastewater)
•Resiliency
•Electrical Utilities

The Comprehensive Plan is important because it provides the City’s decision-makers with a framework for allocating the budget, approving new projects, and setting priorities for the next 20 years in a way that improves the quality of life for everyone in North St. Paul.  Please join us at nsp2040.mysidewalk.com as we post results from the Community Cafes, future meetings and materials for review as they become available.
We look forward to hearing from you!
