Winter Parking


North St. Paul Ordinance 72.02
The North St. Paul Police Department will suspend enforcement of the Winter Parking Ordinance (72.02) over New Year’s Eve Weekend. This will include from 0100 hours, Saturday, December 30, 2017 through 0700 hours, Tuesday, January 2, 2018. Enforcement of the Winter Parking Ordinance will resume at 0100 hours, Wednesday, January 3, 2018. The only exception(s) will be any “snow event” that includes the accumulation of two (2) or more inches of snow, necessitating a “snow emergency” until the streets are plowed curb to curb.

Winter parking regulations are in effect November 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018. Please remember the following: 

 • No parking on any street or alley between the hours of 1:00 am to 7:00 am

 • No Parking – two or more inches of snow

 • Vehicles must remain off the street or alley until they have been plowed

 • Keep your mailbox area clear of snow and clear a path to your outdoor meter and fire hydrants
