City Partners with Polco

Polco edit

North St. Paul Partners with Polco to Gather Resident Input

The City of North St. Paul has partnered with Polco, a civic participation technology platform, to help receive input from residents on initiatives, current ideas, and issues facing the City. Throughout the year, residents will have a chance to answer questions on a variety of topics.

The first set of six questions will cover safety, parks, and communications. Once the questions are posted, they will be available for a couple weeks. You’ll receive notifications when new questions are posted.

Coming soon, you will be able to participate on Polco by visiting the City’s Polco webpage at or by downloading the Polco app for Android or iOS. Residents will be required to create an account to confirm they live in the community.

Polco makes sure everyone has a voice and is committed to a strict privacy policy. Residents’ individual information is never shared and cannot be accessed by the City.
