In 2015, the City of North St. Paul kicked-off the community engagement process with a visual preference survey, receiving the initial likes and dislikes of what was wanted for the Downtown. Multiple concepts were developed that incorporated the most desired elements that were received from the survey.
The project is currently in the final master plan phase of the design. To communicate how the new corridor layout is planned and what elements are being incorporated, an Open House will take place. Please join us to learn more!
